Just a few simple supplies to make something clever! |
I recently saw
this link to a simple and clever organizing project on the
Little White Whale blog. Blog author Gloria describes cleaning out her craft supplies, and finding herself left with a tangled pile of embroidery floss intended for bracelet making. She designed this cute little kitty for organizing her thread, and I thought it would be the sweetest way to share baker's twine with my arty friends.

Voila: Twine Kitties! |
I'm not sure how often you find yourself needing to organize or share thread, but here's a simple and stylish way to do it! Now I'm thinking of other animals I could make in the same style: a frog? a bunny? My twine could become a menagerie!

Andria this is so clever and cute! And fortunately (unfortunately?!) I DO have a giant plastic bag full of tangled embroidery floss that needs some attention! Thanks so much for the idea!
Clever...and a great little gift.
Charming! I loved the little bunny and string you sent to me. Thanks.
Oops...I mean kitty.....
These made me smile! So cute!
